Contract / Rent
Yes, the minimum lease term is six months.
Yes, we rent parking spaces in our underground garage for 50€ per month.
Sure, please contact our House Manager and check if the type you want is available.
Living
No, unfortunately we do not have any cellar compartments for storage.
Sure, if you want to work you can use the Library & Study Room. If you want to chat or have a drink you can meet in the Entertainment Room with roof terrace.
Yes, the following furniture is included in each apartment type: Bed (with mattress size 90x200), closet with mirror, refrigerator, built-in kitchen (with induction stove), desk with chair and a lowboard. A curtain rail is provided and already included in the apartment rental price.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
We love animals - preferably in the wild! Unfortunately, due to space constraints and out of consideration for the cultural and religious backgrounds of our international community, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Your personal items, of course - and to make you feel at home right away:
- Curtains with rings/loops, the rail is already installed
- Pots (suitable for induction) and dishes
- Pillows, blanket and bed linen
- accessories for the bathroom (e.g. towels, laundry bin, soap dispenser, toilet brush)
- if desired: TV and plants

Yes, you must be either a student, pupil, trainee or apprentice. Unfortunately, this is for legal reasons.
