The Apartment Smart has a fully fitted kitchen (incl. refrigerator), a closet, a TV lowboard and a desk incl. chair and a bed from a reputable manufacturer.
Problems with internet or reception? Not with us, because every room is equipped with a fiber optic line.
Electricity is expensive? Not at STUDIO89, because it is already included in the rent.
And where to put the laundry? We have thought of that, too: a Laundry Room with modern machines is waiting to be used.
Our on-site house manager will be happy to help you with registration or other matters, so that you can concentrate fully on your studies. He also organizes common events, so that you can easily switch off after studying and meet new people.
